• CRS Coordinator’s Manual — Includes the CRS Schedule, which sets the criteria for CRS classification, and CRS Commentary on the Schedule. The procedures in this manual are used to calculate a community’s CRS classification.
• CRS Application — An abbreviated Coordinator’s Manual to help communities apply to join the program.
